JOB Description JOB TITLE: Partner Manager DEPARTMENT: Partner Marketing Job Summary/ Major Purpose of the Job The Partner Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall quality and auditing of partners who are engaged in the Affiliate Program. The Partner Manager will manage existing relationship as well as prospecting new affiliate partners to meet revenue/margin targets and maintain client quality expectations. Essential/Main Job Activities: 1. Identify and onboard relevant top producing affiliates to Neutron Partner Network. Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and affiliate networks. Assist affiliates with any day-to-day guidance they may need and analyze partner lead performance and reporting - 40% 2. Quality Assurance Management. Conduct and QA weekly call recordings to ensure partner compliance. Routine auditing of partner’s online marketing methods. Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities – 30% 3. Actively consult with key affiliate partners on ongoing basis to help exceed our revenue objectives by recommending and implementing new processes or initiatives. Create monthly Insertion orders and reconcile final billables each month – 15% 4. Manage communications between Tech and Client Services teams to ensure all deliverables are met – 15% Education: Required Preferred Education Level High school diploma or GED Associate’s degree, vocational or technical training (i.e., further specialized training) X X Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical area Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering area or equivalent Graduate degree (MA/MS) – advanced degree in specialized field of study Doctoral degree Other (Please explain/indicate): Field of Study JOB Description Years and Type of Prior Job Experience Previous marketing and lead gen experience ideal, but not required. Ideally 2-3 years of experience in marketing, media, sales, lead gen, and product services industries. Knowledge/Skills Knowledge and experience in strategies in working with affiliate partners. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate. Excellent problem solving abilities, mathematical and negotiating skills. Highly organized and excellent time management Decision Levels: 1. Partner Managers must maintain quality of leads delivered by affiliate partners and ensure fraudulent leads are not accepted to maintain quality standards.; 2. The role requires extensive analytics skills to manage performance and maintain quality from each partner. 3. The partner team generates the majority of Neutron revenue. If quality and performance are not maintained effectively then Neutron could lose clients and revenue. Direct Internal Influence: This role interacts closely with Client Services and Technology team. There is a career path as there is potential of managing a direct report. Physical Work Environment: Partner Manager: The partner managers work in an open office environment. Partner Managers typically work Monday through Friday from 8/9 to 5/6. Partner Managers occasionally travel to industry conferences.
