PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Complete and coordinate support activities between Job Seekers, Employers and Sureway personnel to ensure that employment and education placements achieve appropriate outcomes. SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills to establish a rapport and communicate effectively with both employers and jobseekers. Understanding of and/or experience in, case management. Demonstrated administration skills including the ability to maintain electronic and hardcopy records. Effective time management and organisational skills along with demonstrated capacity to meet key performance indicators. Strong computer skills with the ability to use a number of different programs and software. Ability to succeed in a target driven environment. An innovative approach to problem solving. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Desirable Knowledge of or experience in Job Services Australia or Disability Employment Services contract delivery environment. Previous inbound or outbound call centre experience. Flexible with available hours of work. Identify issues which may require further support. Key Performance Indicators Monthly Futures Drop off rate on the KPI Dashboard Advise appropriate party of the required support. Provide a range of support strategies to employers and jobseekers to prevent loss of employment. Overdue Post Placement Support on the KPI dashboard Keep accurate records in Employment Service System. Use a post placement support data base to track outcomes. Overdue Post Placement Support on the KPI Dashboard Keep accurate and current comments on jobseeker records. Assist Management in the preparation of reports as requested. Provide weekly progress updates as requested. Obtain and record appropriate evidence from worker and/or employer to support employment outcomes claims (ie. 13, 26 weeks). Overdue claims on the KPI Dashboard Gain evidence for claims from employers or jobseekers including pay details. Assist with processing claims as required. Prioritise levels of assistance or interventions required. Consult with team leaders and other staff members regarding jobseekers and required actions or interventions. Provide information to team leaders to address issues which may effect an outcome or require a decision on a participation report. Provide support for non-vocational barriers to prevent these from jeopardising the client’s employment. Attend regular staff meetings, as determined by Sureway Management. Take all measures necessary to ensure your safety in carrying out your duties. Work within a team environment. Operate within Sureway’s values and adhere to Sureway policies and procedures.
