PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Complete and coordinate support activities between Job Seekers, Employers and Sureway
personnel to ensure that employment and education placements achieve appropriate outcomes.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication.
 Strong interpersonal skills to establish a rapport and communicate effectively with both
employers and jobseekers.
 Understanding of and/or experience in, case management.
 Demonstrated administration skills including the ability to maintain electronic and
hardcopy records.
 Effective time management and organisational skills along with demonstrated capacity to
meet key performance indicators.
 Strong computer skills with the ability to use a number of different programs and
software.
 Ability to succeed in a target driven environment.
 An innovative approach to problem solving.
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable
 Knowledge of or experience in Job Services Australia or Disability Employment Services
contract delivery environment.
 Previous inbound or outbound call centre experience.
 Flexible with available hours of work.
