The tournament fee is €150.00 per team to be transferred to BIC: SPAABE22 – IBAN: BE61 8508 3939 1417,
payable by 01/05/2017.
A team can consist maximum of 6 players. The composition of the team can be changed until 1 June 2017.

Tournament course and classifications
The CEB rules of playing are applicable: link.
The teams are divided into four groups. Each team plays against the other teams in the group. Thus each
team plays three matches.
Point assignment in a match: link
Classification during the qualifications: link
The first teams of each group and the three best seconds are qualified for the Quarter Finals.
Quarter Finals:
After reclassification
QF1 = first - eighth
QF2 = fourth - fifth
QF3 = third - sixth
QF4 = second - seventh
Semi Finals:
SF1 = Winner QF1 – Winner QF2
SF2 = Winner QF3 – Winner QF4
Dress code
CEB-regulations are to be applied concerning the dress code. The organization accepts the wearing of poloshirts, on condition that all team members wear the same polo-shirts.

Composition of the teams
Half an hour before the match, the team captain has to inform the tournament director about the
composition of the playing team
- Player Individual A
- Player Individual B
- Players for double C and D
- Order for the relay
The composition and order cannot be changed once the team captain has given these information to the
tournament director, otherwise the offending team loses the particular match.

Match Schedule.
The match schedule will be displayed on the website as well as in the sport hall.
The teams have to be present 30 minutes before the beginning of the matches. If the team is not present, it
loses the match with 5-0.
Referee
Official referees will officiate the matches
Testing of the material
3 minutes per player or 6 minutes per team
Group draw

The group draw will take place on Monday, May the 1 2017 at 10.00 in Taverne Arena, Ardooisesteenweg
50/3 – 8800 Roeselare Belgium.
2 teams of the same country cannot be drawn at the group stage.
Unforeseen circumstances
Unforeseen circumstances will be treated by the organizing committee.
