Where the number chosen no longer existed a further number was chosen. 100 Questionnaires sent out by post with SAE for reply. 64 replies = 64% response • • Page 4 of 5 Comments • Comments • 56 % respondents added comments • 40% were of a general complimentary or positive nature • Such as “I have worked in most of the surgeries in the area and Queen Camel stands out due to its community approach”. • 4 negative or suggestions • Dispensary Opening hours are difficult if you work 9 to 5 • When one of the doctors retires could we have a full time female partner? • One comment about the wide variance in performance of the doctors with only Dr Taylor providing an excellent service • “One doctor dismisses my long term worries, otherwise I am very happy” • Note on the unclean surgery comment • The people who found the surgery only fairly clean may have followed in someone in weliingtons.
