MEMBERSHIP
A Maclean Show Society membership ticket costs $30. This entitles 2 Adults
and 3 children under 14yrs of age admission to all sessions of the show.
ENTRIES
All entries to be addressed to the Poultry Club Andrew Whiteside, 14 Coonawarra Court, YAMBA. NSW 2464
ENTRY FEE
Adults $1, Juniors 50c. Entry fees must accompany entries. Entries not
complying will be returned. Note - Under no circumstances will phone entries be
accepted.
NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
MACLEAN SHOW SOCIETY LTD will accept the first 650 entries received
providing the exhibitor agrees to the undermentioned conditions. This show will
run under the general rules of the EPA of NSW.
CONDITIONS
a) The Society will not be to blame or responsible for any accident, mistake of
loss or damage to any exhibit. The exhibits being at the sole risk of the
exhibitor.
b) No unauthorised person may remove or interfere with another exhibitors
birds, either prior to or after judging.
c) No birds to be fed or handled once judging commences. Any offence of this
rule will meet with automatic disqualification of the bird. Birds may be fed
and watered at the completion of judging.
d) Birds entered in the wrong class will be passed by judges.
e) The decision of the judge shall be accepted as final.
f) Any persons reported to the judiciary Committee by Stewards or the
officiating Judge for making offensive or intimidating remarks during or
after judging, will not have their entries accepted at future shows, nor will
their presence be welcome.
g) The society reserves the right of refusing or cancelling any entry without
giving reason for doing so.
h) All entries to be made on form provided and all birds to be checked out by an
active member of the committee.
i) I hereby admit and acknowledge that I will participate in the competition
wholly and solely at the risk of injury to my person or property and hereby
release and indemnify the Society and it's servants in the terms of the
release and indemnity contained in the Society's Special Regulations which I
have read.
The pavilion will be closed during morning tea and lunch break.
All exhibits must be penned before 6:30pm on the night before the show, or
8:30am on the morning of the show.
Exhibits may be removed between 4pm and 5pm on the second day of the show.
Exhibitors must have their birds checked out by a member of the Management
