When the event rate in the training
sample is different than the real
population, the prior probabilities
can be applied to the dataset using
the Decisions Node under Assess
Tab to normalise the outputs.
In this example,
(1) 20% of the customers: BAD=1.
(2) A sample with 50% event rate is
extracted by the Sample Node.
(3) Decisions Node is used to adjust
the prior probabilities
(4) The probability scores are
updated.
