CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The Pony Club Eventing Rules 2017 will apply.
2. No horse/pony may compete in more than one class.

Hard hats PAS 015 1998 or 2011, VG1 all with BSI kite mark. Snell E2001 with
official Snell label and number. AS/NZS 3838 1998, 2003, 2006. ASTM – F1163
2004a with SEI mark. These must be worn AT ALL TIMES when mounted with
chinstraps done up. PC members must wear a hat to the current PC standard and
it MUST BE TAGGED
4.
Dressage tests must be ridden from memory in classes 5-10
5. Closing date for entries 8th May 2017 Entries only accepted with a cheque or via
online entry – see Mid Surrey Pony Club website for details
6. Vet or Doctor’s certificate will be required before entry money can be refunded.
7. Time available from 11th May 2017 www.pcuk.org Mid Surrey Branch, If you do
not have access to website call Event Secretary (07786737370) between 7pm 9pm on 11th May 2017
8. The cross country course may be walked the previous day between 2pm and
4pm.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS allowed on Ebbisham farm at any time.
10. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone
for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony
Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his
tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses,
owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal
property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any
other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and
safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone
must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the
instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must
have their own third party cover. The Mid Surrey Branch of The Pony Club and the
organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance
will not cover you.
.12. Signature of this form will be deemed approval to utilize any photographs taken
at this show to be used on the website or any other promotional material by the
Pony Club.
13. No stop- watches allowed.
14. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control £5 per
competitor will be withheld
15. In Team Classes the best 3 scores will count.
16. The Judge's decision is final. Objections to be lodged with the Secretary in
writing within 30 minutes, together with a deposit of £20.00

Number bibs required. Can be hired for £10 deposit on day of event
