Contact Indiana Fire Juniors via Support tickets in GotSoccer
In order for Indiana Fire Juniors to communicate quickly and accurately with
all the teams we have asked that you communicate through GotSoccer using
the support ticket system. To follow are the pages that explain the steps on
how to use the system.
Support Tickets should be used for the following administrative team
requests:
1. All requests to change or add to any training schedule.
2. All requests for prior approval of a weeknight game. (In advance of
submitting a ticket to the league for game scheduling. This includes
friendlies.)
You do not need to submit a ticket for any weekend league game. Please
remember that ½ of your league schedule can be played at Grand Park and is
included in your players club fees. Anything above that amount is charged to
the team budget.

Click account assistance from the gray
menu bar
Open a Support Ticket
Click Open a Support Ticket
Submit the ticket
• Choose the middle option – Indiana Fire Juniors.
• Type your name and your email
• Choose what it relates to – choose other if you
are not sure.
• Be specific in your request and always include a
game number, date/time/teams. The more
information you can provide the better we can
respond. Don’t assume we know which team you
are with, always tell us who you are.
• Click submit
Reading responses
• Check back in your got soccer account by clicking
the account assistance menu item again.
• You can add another comment to an open
support ticket for a follow up response. If we
close the ticket and you need further assistance
open a new ticket.
• Be sure to always choose Indiana Fire Juniors not
GOT Soccer or Indiana Soccer or we won’t see
your request.
