8. Other Details
Mr. Kunal Banerjee was the President of the Institute of Cost Accountants Of India during
2008-09. He was also a member of the Expert Group constituted by the Ministry of Corporate
Affairs, Member of NACAS, Accounting Standards Board and Cost Accounting Standards
Board. He is the chairman of the technical cell constituted to develop FAQ under Companies
Act,2013 besides being member of the QRB constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Mr. Rakesh Singh is Chairman, UP Development Council of the ASSOCHAM and Head,
ASSOCHAM cost cell besides being Former President of the Institute of Cost Accountants of
India (2012-13). He was the Chairman of the Cost Accounting Standards Board of Institute for
the period 2014-15. He has been Nominee on Government Accounting Standards Board
(GASAB), Board of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), South Asian Federation of
Accountants and National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) and Technical
Advisor, Confederation of Asia and Pacific. Accountants (CAPA).
