Get your child a card that opens new worlds to them and helps his or her school win a
visit from a very special book character.
The Cookie Mouse from If You Give a Mouse a Cookie will visit the school that has the
most library card forms.
To sign up, simply complete the form below by 10/2. Your child’s card will be mailed to
your house within 10 days!
Parents can get their own cards by coming in to our library (4422 Walbert Avenue, Allentown, PA 18104). Or visit our table at any fall elementary school open house in the
Parkland School District! Please bring your driver’s license.
