Complimentary Entry Form
Each Exhibitor can enter
one product into the New Product Showcase free of charge if this completed
form is received at EDmarket by February 28, 2017.
How to Participate:
1. In order to participate, you must be an exhibitor whose new products are on display in your booth during EDexpo 2017. Products must be truly
new. New packaging does not qualify - - only new products introduced to the marketplace after EDexpo 2016, (March 2016) qualify. The
entry form must be received by EDmarket no later than February 28, 2017 to be free of charge.
2. Submit a completed entry form for your new product entry. Limit of ONE (1) complimentary entry per exhibitor.
3. Additional entries can be entered in the Showcase for $100 per product for EDmarket members, $200 per product for nonmembers. Your
dues must be current at the time of the Show to be eligible for the member rate. This fee includes product signage and a New
Product Showcase Guide listing. Please use the standard New Product Showcase Entry Form located on www.edexpo.com.
4. Please add $100 for each product requiring an electrical outlet.
5. Fax or email completed form to 301-495-7386, or [email protected].
6. You will be notified if, for some reason, your product(s) is not accepted.
7. Do not send any new products to the EDmarket office. Instructions for delivery and complete rules and regulations are in the accompanying
NPS General Information and Requirements.
8. Receipt of accepted Agreements will be acknowledged by Show Management by email. If you do not receive acknowledgement
please contact us. Unacknowledged products cannot be shown in the showcase.
9. Products exceeding 36" in any direction/dimension may be required to submit a photo of the product for approval.

EDexpo 2017 New Product Showcase General Information/Rules and Regulations
Participation Requirements:
• Entries are limited to those exhibitors participating at EDexpo 2017.
• To qualify as a new product, the submitted entry must have been introduced to the marketplace after EDexpo 2016, (March 2016).
• Prototypes and mock-ups are not acceptable and will not be displayed in the New Product Showcase. Products must be truly new.
New Packaging does not qualify.
• Variations in size and color of the same product will not be accepted.
• No sales presentations are allowed in this area.
• Entries will be displayed in locations determined by Show Management. Exhibitors may not choose locations for product placement.
• Exhibitors will be responsible for setting up their displays, following all rules.
• Please note for Oversize Products that a picture of the product may be required with entry form.
Sets
• If the product is sold as a set to Dealers, it is considered as a single product and the set can be displayed. If not, payment is necessary for each
product.
Participation Requirements:
• Entries are limited to those exhibitors participating at EDexpo 2017.
• EDmarket/Show Management does not assume any responsibility for losses by exhibitors from damage, theft, etc. Exhibitors should purchase
adequate insurance for their products/entries.
• No picture taking is allowed in the New Product Showcase unless authorized by participating Exhibitor
Delivery of New Product:
• Do not send any new products to the EDmarket office.
• Ship your product(s) with your other exhibit materials and bring the products to the New Product Showcase
during set up.
Return of New Product:
• At the close of EDexpo, products will be released to exhibitor personnel or their representatives with proper
identification.
• Entries must be picked up from the New Product Showcase between Noon and 1:00 PM on Friday, March 17, 2017.
• Product entries not picked up by 1:00 PM Friday, March 17, 2017 will be considered a donation to the official EDexpo
Donation Program.
