Archers shooting sessions B & C please be ready for equipment inspection during change over.
Rules of Shooting:
 All shooting equipment is subject to inspection due to changes in Rules regarding Record status shoots
 UK record status has been awarded for this event which will be shot to Archery GB rules (timing to method 2),
competitors must comply with Archery GBs dress regulations - rule 307.
 Record Status tournaments are liable for drug testing; competitors approached to give samples must comply.
Refusal to comply will be treated as a positive result.
 It is a requirement of Record Status events that parents/guardians of juniors entering a Record Status
competition must sign the entry form to give consent for drug testing.
 Under the provisions within the Archery GB's Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who
wish to take photographs at this event are to register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival. Whilst every
effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Tournament
organiser and working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code. We therefore request that
you report any unauthorised photography directly to the Tournament Organiser.
 The organisers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to equipment or personal possessions.

Archery GB cards shall be produced if requested.
Soft soled shoes must be worn in the sports hall.
Food and drink may not be consumed in the sports hall.
Smoking is not allowed in the recreation centre.
The organiser reserves the right to modify the target lists on the day.

The Judge in charge is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times. Their decision in all
matters is final and must be obeyed. The Organiser retains the right to exclude any persons from
the field for unreasonable behaviour.
Trophies will be awarded for the Single Round and Double Round. Archers shooting the double will
be eligible for the double award only.
Updated target lists, information sheets and any breaking news will be posted on the Corus Deeside
Archery Club website in the last week prior to the shoot date.
Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be available on the day however archers are advised to bring
their own lunches.
Car Parking and disabled/ toilets are available.
North Wales Archery Society, Corus Deeside Archery Club, Flintshire County Council, Coleg
Cambria Deeside College, their servants and members do not accept liability or responsibility for
any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused.

any special requirements that you may have for the day of the shoot. We
will endeavour to place archers according to their requirements. I.e. Do you
shoot from a wheelchair or stool? Do you need to remain on the shooting
line? Do you require a scorer and arrow collection?
