A number of outfitters viewed the program within the context of the impact on
outfitters of clients that don’t show or cancel at a late date
Common theme that something should be done with outfitters that don’t honour a
deposit, although the described program is not the answer
Roughly 19% of respondents overall identified that it was unfair for credible outfitters
to have to support the actions of outfitters that defraud clients
