and has nearly 400 spaces. The entrance is
easy to find between SW Watson Avenue

Lot 3: This lot is gated and reserved for
residents of The Lo9s at The Round
Condominiums.
Lot 5: This lot is for The Round customers,
tenants and City of Beaverton visitor
parking.
Biggi Lot: This lot is open for visitor and tenant parking, however, access is unavailable during Rose
Biggi Avenue construc on.
Pinion Lot: This lot is for tenant permit parking only. No Parking for City of Beaverton visitors or The
Round customers. All other parking spaces are for the businesses located on this property and are
subject to being towed.
STREET PARKING
Addi onal parking op ons include angled parking spaces along SW Crescent Avenue and parallel
parking spaces along SW Rose Biggi Avenue, SW Millikan Way and SW Watson Avenue.
TRIMET PARKING
There are NO Park & Ride spaces for TriMet riders to use at The Round. The Millikan Way Park & Ride
is located a few blocks away at SW Millikan Way and 141st Avenue. It is open every day with 400
spaces. This lot fills quickly on weekdays and is limited to 24-parking only. Other parking op ons for
the MAX include the Sunset Transit Center, Beaverton Creek, Elmonica and Willow Creek Sta ons.
