From the north, Sun Valley Boulevard is accessible from Cornhusker Highway, or from 1st Street by turning left onto Charleston Street. From the south, Sun Valley Boulevard is accessible from West Baseball Parking O Street. Nebraska Athletics Annual Fund contributors of $1,000 or more may request reserved VIP season baseball parking for $300 per pass. Allocation will be based on availability. To inquire about reserved VIP baseball parking, please contact the Nebraska Athletic Development Office. 18 Per the University’s agreement with the city of Lincoln, Charleston Street heading east out of the park through the North Bottoms will be closed before and after games. DISABLED PARKING Disabled parking stalls are located by the main entrance of Hawks Field and are designated as disabled stalls. Patrons must have a state-issued hang tag or license plate. Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at owner’s expense. DIRECTIONS FROM LINCOLN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT Exit the airport on W. Adams Street, the main road leading out to Cornhusker Highway. Follow West Adams to the first stoplight and turn right on Cornhusker Highway. Follow Cornhusker Highway (Hwy. 6) and take a right on 1st Street. Go south until you reach Sun Valley Blvd. Turn right on Sun Valley to Line Drive Circle. If you are on Interstate 80 coming from the West, it is Exit 399 at the airport. POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION In case of game postponements or cancellations because of weather, fans can use those game tickets for general admission tickets to any remaining regular-season game during the 2011 season. HAND-HELD TICKET SCANNERS TO BE USED AT HAWKS FIELD Nebraska will again be utilizing hand-held ticket scanners this season at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. Upon entry, please hold your ticket in hand while an event staff member scans the bar code portion of the ticket for admission. With the scanning system, your ticket stub will not need to be removed. Please be aware that each barcode allows only one entry per scan. Any ticket obtained from sources other than the University of Nebraska Ticket Office may have been used, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, the ticket will be void and will not allow you admission to the ballpark. Ticket holders who attempt to resell tickets already scanned will be prosecuted and are subject to loss of all ticket priveleges. The hand-held scanners will automatically alert the event staff if the barcode has already been scanned and used for admission. In addition, engaging in or facilitating the resale or attempted resale at a price higher than the ticket’s printed face value is grounds for seizure of the ticket and/or cancellation of season tickets without refund or compensation. Please report any misuses of ticket priveleges to the nearest event staff member, or to the NU Ticket Office by calling 1-800-8-BIGRED.
