Conditions of booking games room:





The room must be locked at all times when it is not in use, although your organisation may be occupying the site.
You may arrange the furniture to suit your purpose, but it must be returned to its original position before you leave.
The Management reserves the right to make a charge in respect of the replacement of any items lost, broken or missing
whilst or as a result of the room being let to your organisation.
The room must be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish removed.
Cancelations must be made at least 7 workings days prior to the booking date. Any within 7 workings days will be invoiced
25% of the total booking fee.

cheques payable to ‘Aurora Country Developments Limited’ or telephone 01283 563483 to pay by
debit or credit card.
Please note that car parking charges apply at this site, currently at £2 per vehicle per day. It is possible to
be invoiced for these charges. Please contact office for details.
