PARTY TOYS BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Thank you for your interest in booking the Townsville Toy Library Party Toys. All booking
queries are to be sent to [email protected]
For your booking to be confirmed by the Townsville Toy Library, we require that the hire
fee of the toy be paid into the Townsville Toy Library bank account via direct deposit.
This payment needs to be made within 5 DAYS OF BOOKING If you are unable to pay
this way please contact us ASAP to arrange another payment method and secure your
booking.

See attached Terms & Conditions for hiring the Party Toys. By signing the Terms &
Conditions, you are stating that you are aware of the risk and responsibility which you take
on by borrowing the toys.
PICK UP TIME FOR THE PARTY ITEMS IS AT 5PM FRIDAY AFTERNOON. RETURNS ARE AT
5PM MONDAY AFTERNOON.

Conditions of hire:
The item is: (please select which item/s you wish to hire)
• $15 - Febergus Climb & Hide Activity Tunnel
• $15 - ONE table & six chairs (Two sets available to hire. Only one set with
the party pack)
• $15 - Step 2 Rollercoaster (Two available. One as part of the party pack)
• $15 - Shade Gazebo
• $5 - 15L Esky keg/drink dispenser (Two available)
• $20 – Large table and 8 chair set (Two available)
• $40 - Party Pack (Tunnel, Table/Chairs set, Rollercoaster & Gazebo)
To hire for a weekend period
• You MUST be a member
• There is a $15 cash refundable deposit per item hired, or $40 for the pack. These are
due on the day of hire, and returned on the day of drop off if the items return in the same
condition as hired.
• Hire fee is not refundable if you decide to cancel your booking without adequate notice.
• If toy/s are not returned within the time frame specified an overdue fee of $30.00 will be
charged.
• Where supplied, you must read the Instruction Manual before setting up
• Please clean before returning, a damp soapy sponge will take off dirt.
• You MUST pick up and return the item on the date and time specified unless otherwise
arranged in advance.
• Once you have hired the item you have an hour to report any damage or issues before it
becomes your responsibility (please set up as soon as possible).
• Any damage that occurs during your hire is your responsibility, and if so, please act
immediately and report the damage to the Toy Library via Facebook message.
• This damage will need to be fixed by you and if it is unfixable then the item will need to
be replaced at your own expense.

By signing this Agreement you acknowledge that you have read the above Terms and
Conditions, are willing to adhere to them and are by hiring the Party Toy assuming all risk
and liability of any injury, loss or damage associated with the use of the hired items and
you are responsible any such injury, loss or damage including but not limited to repair of
any damage to the hired item and if unable to be repaired then replacement of the item.
