Your Health Care Reimbursement Account:
ConnectYourCare (CYC) is your Health Care Reimbursement Account (HRA)
administrator under the Health Account Plan administered by Blue Cross and
Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS).

Online access to your HRA account details
o Use the ConnectYourCare (CYC) Mobile
app to upload documentation, manage
your account, and more.
Auto-pay for medical expenses
o Available funds from your Sprint HRA
account will be automatically applied
and paid out to your providers for
network medical claim expenses incurred until funds are exhausted. If you incur
medical expenses from a non-network provider, you can file a manual claim by
obtaining a claim form from your BCBS member website at www.bcbsil.com/sprint.
BCBS will process your claim and notify CYC to reimburse you for any available HRA
funds from your account, as applicable. You will also a message on your CYC online
account when HRA funds are paid to providers.
Debit card for outpatient prescription drug expenses
o Your prescription drug coverage is administered by CVS Caremark. A CYC debit card
will be provided to you to pay for prescription drug expenses using any available
HRA dollars.*
o When you fill a prescription, you will provide your CVS Caremark ID card first. After
the pharmacy processes your ID card, any amount due for your prescription will be
reflected. You can use your CYC debit card to apply any available HRA funds to your
amount due, until these funds are exhausted.
If you do not use your debit card, you will need to file a manual claim and submit
documentation directly to CYC online or via the mobile app.

*CYC verifies as many card charges as possible without asking for documentation,
but sometimes documentation is needed to meet IRS guidelines. It’s a quick and easy
process to upload documentation online or via the mobile app. SMART TIP: Always snap a picture of your
receipt with your smart phone in case you need it later!
