When you get to the 18-yard line, switch roles. Players #1 pass the ball into players #2. As the ball travels to player #2, player #1 closes the space to about a 2-yard buffer. Player #2 dribbles forward, player #1 sits low, slides backwards, pivots, concentrates on footwork and tries to keep the ball in front of him. Switch roles after each 15-yard dribble. Player with ball passes the ball to the player in white. After the pass, you play defense. Player in white receives the ball and tries to score on the small goal. By putting the ball on the side of the field you are helping the defender. Force the ball to the right. Close down one side of the field and allow the attacker to dribble into the space where the goal is not. After each action players go back to their side. Rotate after 3 minutes of play.
