Credit Analyzer™
Credit Analyzer defines actions to take for potential score improvement. Optimization and simulation are used
to uncover the most probable and cost-effective actions for credit management. Credit Analyzer allows the user
to specify which bureau to work with, a target score goal, and define an amount of cash (if any) the applicant
has to put toward decreasing account balances.
How much cash is needed?
• Disposable cash setting: $500.
• Cash needed for these actions: $298. This is in addition to your monthly payments, and is an
estimate based on the balances reported in this credit report.
These actions may raise your score
The estimated score change is based on doing all the actions in the order shown.
Action: Paying down the balance to $320 on your CAP ONE BK account (# ******0025, opened
02/2012), and updating the balance through rapid rescoring.

bank. This only includes accounts that have the credit limit or highest balance report and have been
recently updated by your lender. Store cards, finance company accounts, and credit union accounts are
excluded.
Positive Factors
Length of credit history
Your first credit card (or other revolving account) was opened 12 years and 10 months ago.

What-If Simulator™
The What-If Simulator is an interactive tool that forecasts the potential score (up or down) of changes
in the credit report data. Use What-If Simulator to understand the score impact of actions in the
immediate or longer-term timeframes. Possible actions to simulate include:
Paying Down Balances
Closing Accounts
Changing Credit Limits
Opening New Accounts
Changing Account Statuses
Changing Late Dates
What-If Simulator keeps a record of each action the user has simulated and allows the user to
remove and add actions, as needed. Upon completion of desired simulation, the detailed actions can
be saved, printed and used as an action plan for score improvement.
Credit Assure™
Credit Assure presents the potential score change, adjacent to the current score. Knowing the
potential score change immediately saves valuable analysis time and provides focus for future
actions.
Navigate to Credit Analyzer or White-If Simulator to uncover the actions required to attain score improvement.
