F
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ABOUT THE MTA END-ZONE EXPRESS
What makes the End-Zone Express faster than my car?
A.
Three features:
1. MTA buses load in front of The Coliseum, minimizing
your walking distance.
2. MTA vehicles are allowed to use streets that are closed
to normal vehicles, avoiding heavy traffic.
3. Using express and shuttle lots saves you time locating
a parking lot.
Q.
When do the buses depart?
A.
Express buses depart from their designated area only once,
approximately 2 hours before kickoff. Downtown shuttle
buses run continuously starting 1-1/2 hours before kickoff.
Wait time between buses is 5-10 minutes.
Q.
Are all express and shuttle tickets valid at all
remote sites?
A.
No, all express and shuttle tickets are color coded
and must be used at the lot designated for that color
ticket.
Q.
How late do the buses run after the game?
A.
The last buses will depart The Coliseum 30 minutes
after the game.
Q.
What if an emergency arises and I have to leave the
game early?
A.
Buses will run to the shuttle sites on a limited basis
during the game. If you need to get to an express lot,
MTA will not provide transportation but will assist
you in securing a taxi.

are located on the east side of The Coliseum and face Interstate
24. Use The Coliseum Compass on Page 30 to find your way.
(Media credential will-call is on the west side of The Coliseum
facing the Cumberland River near the entrance to the media

• The Coliseum seating capacity is 68,950 and, as part of
this total, will accommodate as many as 1,000 or more on
platforms designed to accommodate guests in wheelchairs.
This does not include space for persons with disabilities
who may hold tickets for luxury suites or credentials for
the media level. As described in detail in other sections of
this Guide, every level of the facility, each suite and the
entire media level are readily accessible to persons with
disabilities, including persons using wheelchairs.
• Platforms designed to accommodate guests using
wheelchairs are located throughout The Coliseum and are
highlighted in color on Diagrams 5-10, Pages 28 & 29. A
small number of PSL’s for spaces on platforms remain
available as of the publication date of this Guide; most of
this seating is on the Club level. Bear in mind that ownership of a PSL is required as a prerequisite for the purchase
of a season ticket for Titan home games.

S
• Single-game tickets for seating in the platform areas
are available to persons with disabilities on the same
basis as all other single-game tickets:
•
First-come, first-served, usually beginning on a
Saturday in mid-summer each year.
•
A limit of 4 tickets per person for up to 2 games.
Single-game tickets are usually sold out within one hour
of the commencement of sale. Check local media or the
Titan Ticket Office for details.
•
Each Titan ticket includes as part of its printed terms:
In the events: (i) a ticket holder holds reserved
seating in an area specifically designated for
wheelchairs and/or persons with disabilities; and
(ii) clear and convincing evidence satisfactory to
Tennessee Titans is presented which indicates such
seating was obtained by deliberate misrepresentation
of the need for such accommodation, such ticket
holder is subject to immediate ejection without
compensation.
The seating platforms in The Coliseum are designed to
accommodate persons with disabilities, including but not
limited to persons using wheelchairs and their game-day
companions.
• The Coliseum holds any remaining unsold single-game
tickets for seating in areas designated for guests with
disabilities until approximately one week prior to the date

Because seating on each platform is limited, Titans and
The Coliseum reserve the right to limit the maximum
number of companion seats per patron with disabilities.
Companion seating may be available in theater-style
seats in reasonable proximity to the patron desiring
seating for companions. Companion seating may also be
adjacent to a patron with disabilities. The Coliseum will
make every reasonable effort to accommodate the seating
request of each guest with disabilities.

S
SEATING FOR GUESTS WITH
TEMPORARY DISABILITIES
The Titan Ticket Office regularly holds up to three or four
platform spaces per game for PSL holders who cannot
use their theater-style seats because of temporary
disabilities, such as broken limbs or surgical procedures.
These seats are usually held until the Thursday before the
home game in question. Contact the Titan Ticket Office
for details.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT
TICKETS AND SEATING DESIGNED FOR
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Q.
Can I still buy PSL’s on the platform and how much
do they cost?
A.
PSL’s on some platforms are still available in very limited
numbers at the same price offered during stadium
construction. Prices and availability vary by location.
Season ticket prices for PSL’s also vary by location and from
year to year. Contact the Titan Ticket Office for details.
18
Q
Why are there so many people who appear to have no
disability sitting on platforms designed to accommodate
persons with disabilities?
A.
There can be any number of good reasons. First, the
individual may actually have a disability that is not visibly
apparent. Second, the person in question may be a
companion to a guest with disabilities. Finally, the ticket
holder may have purchased the seating after it was released
for sale to the general public (usually one week prior to
game day). Nevertheless, persons who fraudulently acquire
tickets on the platforms are subject to being ejected with
proper evidence of improper purchase.
Q.
Why am I limited to purchasing a maximum of 4 singlegame tickets to any one game?
A.
Demand for Titan tickets has always been strong. Our
policy is designed to allow as many fans as possible to
have a chance to see a game in person each season.
Placing a per-person limit on tickets allows fans
without a PSL to have a chance to be part of the Titan
game-day experience. This same limitation applies to
every single-game ticket buyer, not just to patrons
with disabilities.
Q.
How do I buy single-game tickets for seating
designed for guests with disabilities or check on
availability of tickets for a particular game?
A.
Call the Titan Ticket Office at 615-565-4200 or
contact Ticketmaster at 615-255-9600 or online at
www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available at
remote Ticketmaster locations, including Kroger
stores.

ASSISTIVE ANIMALS
Assistive animals are permitted inside The Coliseum.
Event staff will provide suitable space for assistive animals
upon request. It may not always be possible for assistive
animals to stay in seating areas, but every reasonable effort
will be made to accommodate special needs. We urge

arrangements can be made when it is essential for an
owner to have assistance from his or her animal while
seated.

Individuals with special dietary/medical needs should contact
a security person at their entry gate for the locations to store
special-need items — prescription drugs, dietary foods or

permitted in the seating area, exceptions can be made by security
personnel when appropriate
medical documentation is made
available. Bottled water is

Accessibility & Assistance
C
COLISEUM ACCESSIBILITY AND ASSISTANCE
The Titan Ticket Office, Will-Call windows,
concession services, automated teller machines ("ATM’s"),
water fountains, novelty and apparel stores, admission
gates and entrances, restrooms, aisles, elevators,
conveyances and ramps were all specifically designed
and built to accommodate guests with disabilities. Every
service area, booth and assistance window can be reached
with ease by guests in wheelchairs.
If you need assistance with anything, we suggest the
following:
1. Speak to a uniformed game-day or event-staff person.
Event staff wear distinctive colored shirts (bright
yellow or light blue) with markings identifying them
as staff and are trained to assist you or direct you to
someone who can.
2. Ask a uniformed police officer to direct you to a
Coliseum game-day or event-staff person.
3. Report to one of the Fan Accommodation Centers located in
each end-zone plaza area or in the Upper Concourses near
Sections 310 and 337 (see Diagrams 5-10).
4. Keep this booklet and bring it with you each time you return
to The Coliseum. The maps and diagrams identify every
public level of The Coliseum.
If you need medical assistance
for any reason, notify any police
officer or game-day staff. There
are trained emergency medical
technicians on hand at every
Titan game and most other
events. Locate First-Aid Stations
on Diagram 6.
