Step # 1 – Intimate the reception
about the visitor
The user sends a mail to the KIOSK with details about the
visitor . Kiosk entertains emails only from employees …..

Step # 2 Visitor gets an email invite
• The KIOSK receives the
mail and sends an
Invitation with an
appointment number to
the visitor , which is
also shown as a
barcode.

Step # 2 Visitor gets an SMS invite
• If the visitors mobile
number is provided
then an SMS invite can
also be sent to the
visitor

Step # 3 Physical ID verification at the
gate
• When the person visits ,
this email is checked
against a some proof
like Driver License ,
Voter Card etc. and on
confirmation the visitor
is requested to proceed
towards the KIOSK

Step # 5 – Show the barcode from
email invite to the Kiosk
• The visitor flashes the
barcode in front of the
barcode reader . The
Kiosk automatically
takes the photograph
and directly prints a
badge !

Step # 6 – Kiosk takes Photograph
Kiosk will take six
photographs &
would ask to select
the best
photograph.
This ensures that
properly frames
photograph is
selected.
In case all six
photographs are not
good one can repeat
the performance !

Step # 7 – Badge is printed !
Badge is printed with the
details of the visitor and a
photograph !
