P2RIC Purpose
Pollution Prevention Regional Information
Center (P2RIC) strives to improve resource
sharing between the programs, businesses,
and agencies of EPA Region 7 (Iowa,
Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska) that provide
waste reduction services and expertise to
business and industry.

Community of Practice (CoP)
Simply stated, a CoP is a group of people
who share a concern or a passion for
something they do and who interact
regularly to learn how to do it better.
P2Rx & P2RIC
1. Serve as the first stop for pollution
prevention (P2) information for
environmental service providers.
2. Increase the awareness, accessibility, and
usability of P2 information.
3. Facilitate dynamic regional P2 networks.
