Cost:
$75 per camper for pre-registration
$85 per camper for late registration after May 28
$10 discount for multiple family members
(Late registration is welcomed, however preregistration is encouraged to allow sufficient
staffing and guarantee a camp T-shirt)
Eligible Campers: 4th – 9th graders for the 2012-2013 school year
The purpose of the Bearcat Baseball Camp is to have fun while introducing the basic fundamentals of baseball.
This will be accomplished by participating in drills designed to teach fielding, throwing, hitting, and base
running. A skills competition and end of camp round robin tournament will be held to demonstrate the skills
learned.
Camp instructors will be the Aledo High School baseball team coaching staff. Former Bearcat players may also
be added to the camp staff as numbers dictate.

Baseball glove, baseball bat, batting helmet, cleats or other athletic type shoes, and weather appropriate
clothing. If you do not own a bat or helmet, one will be made available. Please label all equipment.

Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation in the Bearcat Baseball Camp, I do hereby, for myself,
release and discharge the Bearcat Baseball Camp, AISD and all personnel, therefore all claims
and damages, demand, action or whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my
participation at the Bearcat Baseball Camp. I attest and verify that I, without endangering my
health, hereby release Bearcat Baseball Camp, AISD and all personnel from any liability now or
in the future. If, in fact, an injury that requires emergency medical attention occurs, I reserve
the right for the Bearcat Baseball Camp to take action through medical facilities in the area.
Bearcat Baseball Camp reserves the right to discontinue an athlete’s program at any time for
any reason. I have read the information in full, and to the best of my ability understand the
information above.
