The Friends of Monroe is a volunteer group associated with the Jefferson Westside Neighbors. Our goal is to create an active
community of park users and neighbors to advocate, protect, and preserve this valuable cultural resource. The group seeks to
build relationships with Eugene Parks and Open Space, the Eugene Police Department, and other city agencies to attract
resources and attention to the park.

Eyes on Park
The Eyes on Park Team is for members who:
 live within one block of the park (EPD asks how close you are)
 are willing to call the EPD non-emergency number to report problematic park use/activity
 notify other Eyes on Park team members via a messaging app or other means
 if messaged, then call EPD to encourage a timely response.
