Crystal Lake Junior Golf Program 9 Hole Play Day Guidelines: (Tuesdays!) Tee Times start by 6:45am on the back nine Less experienced golfers are encouraged to play from 150 yd markers on par 4’s and 200 yd markers on par 5’s to make it more fun! When finished, scorecards need to be totaled, signed and dated before being put in the Scorecard box outside the Pro Shop. Different games will be introduced each week (scramble, low putts, etc) Juniors may participate in the short game skills challenge before they play! 4 Hole Play Day Guidelines: (Tuesdays!) For juniors who have never played golf before~ this is the place to start! Tee Times starting at 7am Meet at the Orange Cones in the 18th Fairway ~ on the far right hand side of the parking lot if you are facing the Clubhouse! Skills challenge on the driving range & putting green follows play. ****** All Juniors are responsible to sign up for their tee time each week! Tee Sheets are posted every Tuesday morning on the Junior Bulletin Board! ****** Safety is #1 Priority! Do not walk ahead of your playing partners. Stand in a safe place when others are hitting. Remember to yell “FORE”! if you think you may be Close to hitting someone else. Pace of Play: Play ready golf when possible. Keep up with the group ahead of you. Be ready to hit when it is your turn. Keep your eye on your ball after you hit. Remember to put your bag between the green and next tee to speed up play. 10 Stroke MAX! When you have hit your ball 8 times take it to the edge of the green. You may putt 2 times. If you have not holed out, pick up and put a 10 down on your scorecard. Weather issues: We will make every effort to get Play Days and Lesson Days in. Unless it is a heavy down pour or lightning, we will play. **Remember: Fix your Ball Marks, Replace your Divots, Rake the Bunkers and Pick up any Litter. Try to leave the golf course better than you found it! Throwing clubs and bad language will not be tolerated. Be safe, have fun, and make New Friends!
