Children need to be 2 years old by 31st August before they start Noah’s Ark Play School in the
following September. We have one intake therefore all children start in the September and
attend for three terms.

Please enclose a £50 registration fee with this form, cash or cheque (made payable to Noah’s
Ark Playschool). This is a non-refundable payment, £20 payment towards administration and
£30 going towards your child’s first term fees. After registering, your child will be put on the
list for the year starting in September. We will contact you at least 2 terms before to confirm
a place and arrange an induction. If you are informed you are on the waiting list then the
registration fee is not required.
