My name is Stephanie Gray. I have taught at EDUPRIZE for twelve

Welcome to an exciting year in Room 41, Building 1! My name is Stephanie Gray. I have taught at
EDUPRIZE for twelve and a half wonderful years! I really enjoy my home with the EDUPRIZE family. I
am very thrilled about the upcoming school year! We will have many challenging and fun-filled learning
adventures ahead of us. Together we will create a respectful, caring, school family that will provide a
dynamic year of learning. As your teacher, I will try to make it your very best! 
Please come to Open House on Monday, July 24th scheduled from 2:30-3:30. Open House will
give you an opportunity to meet me and your classmates, bring in school supplies and there will be
important papers for you to sign and pick up. While online, please complete and print the Open House
Forms, which include the Emergency Documents, and bring them with you! If you can’t make it during
our designated time, I will be available from 8:00-4:00 (with the exception of a short lunch break) on July
24th.
We have a stimulating year ahead of us! Together we will enjoy the following cottages: DINOSAUR
DIG, BUG FARM, WEATHER STATION and AMERICAN BOUTIQUE.
Parents will also have the opportunity to participate in our exciting year! Parent helpers may work
with small groups and individual students, prepare activities, help with art and cottage projects, grade
papers, make copies and much more. It is always a blessing to have such wonderful parents who help make
our learning experience more enjoyable. 
This is a PM TOPS-Technology class, so school starts at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 4:10 p.m. Our first
day of school is Wednesday, July 26th. All students must be on time and be present for the entire first
day of school to be considered enrolled at EDUPRIZE. On the first day of school, I will meet the
students outside. You will get information about where to line up outside at Open House.
Please see the second page for a supply list. You will notice I have cleaning items on the list. This
helps prevent children from becoming sick and can therefore minimize sick days. The other supplies help
me keep children organized. Please bring the supplies to Open House on Monday, July 24th. This is a
great time to drop off your child’s supplies instead of having to juggle them on the first day of school.
Parents, thank you for entrusting me with the
education of your child. With your help and
support it will be a fantastic year!
Enjoy the rest of the summer.
I can’t wait to see you! 
Love and Hugs,
Ms. Stephanie Gray

The following is a list of supplies your child will need for the upcoming school year. You may bring these
supplies to Open House or on the first day of school. If possible it is best for your child to bring the supplies to
Open House, so that he or she has help carrying these items.
 At times I ask for a certain brand name as I have learned some brands just don’t work as well as others.
Thank you! 
 Please do not write your child’s name on the supplies, except the pencil box. 
