MARSA SPORTS CLUB TENNIS SECTION
DOUBLES LEAGUES SPONSORED BY
Matches are to be played on week-days mainly at 7.00 pm, 8.30 pm throughout April, May and June
2015. Players will play minimum of 4 times. Play will consist of 2 normal sets, tie-break at 6 all. Cost
of lights included in entrance fee. Players placed on left of fixtures to supply new/nearly new Wilson
balls. Players will be placed in divisions according to their level. Any A+ Ladies might be placed with
the men. The closing date is Sunday 29th March, 2015.
Postponements
1. For any postponements whereby the organizers are informed more than eight days previous to
schedule date, the committee will arrange for an alternative court at no charge.
2. Any other postponement: players must book and pay for court.
In both cases, the player postponing must inform partner, opponents and organizers (Ladies: Ms

All postponed games MUST be played within 14 days of scheduled date; and only within 7 days during
the last week of the tournament, otherwise a walkover will be awarded to opponents.
