Folks: A good crowd, challenging wind and a dry day, at least where we were standing, made for a great day of sailing. Group think and steady 18 MPH winds got us to rig down to #2’s before the start but then the wind gods had a change of heart and dropped the breeze down to a gusty 10 mph or so. At that point group lazy prevented use from gearing back up to #1’s. Not to worry as all of us were wearing the same suits so it really didn’t matter. Good racing was had and the machinery didn’t get too hammered. It was good to see Joe D’Amico again. His unique chemistry is always a treat. Enjoy. Larry Stiles PS. Check out the Sailor of the Month. Looks like Santa in the off season.
