PLAYER TRANSFER FORM
The player and new club to complete details and forward to the old club, with a copy sent through
to [email protected].
The old club has 14 days to either:

approve the transfer, or

deny the transfer, outlining their reasoning to Lacrosse Victoria (LV).
Where a club objects to an application the Transfer and Permit Advisory Group
(TPAG) will, based on the reasons for the objection and/or the relevant strengths of the
proposal, decide whether to grant the application or not, according to the Transfer and
Permit guidelines. If neither club objects to the application, the TPAG and the LV Board
shall grant the transfer, provided that the player is financial with both the former
Club and with Lacrosse Victoria.
For senior applications, there is a $20 nomination fee to cover the administration costs.
Please Note: The transfer will not be considered until the fee (if applicable) and
completed form is received by Lacrosse Victoria.
