This form is provided to you as an attendee at an event at the University of Limerick which we are
proposing to capture in audio/video and photographic formats. The University of Limerick will hold the
copyright to the recording and photography and would like to have the option to use the material for noncommercial purposes (educational and promotional).
In addition to creating an archive copy for educational purposes, possible uses of the materials include,
but are not limited to, inclusion on the University of Limerick website, the creation of a non-commercial
DVDs, publication in UL Links and other magazines, etc.
Please note these materials will not be used for commercial purposes and a copy of the material will
be made available to you on request.

This form is provided to you as the organiser of an event at the University of Limerick which involves
children under the age of 18 whom we are proposing to capture in audio/video and photographic formats.
The University of Limerick will hold the copyright to the recording and photography and would like to
have the option to use the material for non-commercial purposes (educational and promotional).
In addition to creating an archive copy for educational purposes, possible uses of the materials include,
but are not limited to, inclusion on the University of Limerick website, the creation of a non-commercial
DVDs, publication in UL Links and other magazines, etc.
This completed form must be returned to the UL Press Office in advance of the event in order to allow for
the videography or photography to take place. The UL Press Office will not sanction or fund any
photography or videography at an event on campus involving non-UL students under the age of 18
without a fully completed Photography/Audio/Video Release Form.
