What is a Print-on-Demand book?
A Print-on-Demand book is a black and white, soft-cover printed version of your course eBook. For a current list of
courses with the option of ordering a Print-on-Demand book, please visit The HUB at http://hub2.devry.edu/pod .
We encourage you to check back frequently as new courses will be added each session.
How do I order a Print-on-Demand book?
If your course offers a Print-on-Demand book, you will have the option to order a copy starting in Preview Week, right
from your course homepage. (Please note that the bookstore is not involved in Print-on-Demand transactions.)
Step 1: Log into your course
Step 2: Select "Print-on-Demand" under Course Home
Step 3: Follow the instructions on that page to order your Print-on-Demand book
How much does a Print-on-Demand book cost?
Print-on-Demand books cost $10.00 each (additional charges for international shipping apply). Your payment includes
shipping, handling and any applicable sales tax. Once your payment is made with a personal credit card, the book will
be delivered to the address of your choice.
May I return the Print-on-Demand book for a refund if I choose to drop my class or decide I don’t want a printed
version?
Print-on-Demand books are non-returnable and non-refundable due to shipping and handling costs, so please
carefully consider this option before you make a purchase.
Am I required to purchase a Print-on-Demand book?
Print-on-Demand books are identical to your course eBook, and are not required; they are simply an option for
students who want a printed textbook in addition to an eBook.
May I order additional copies of the Print-on-Demand book?
Enrolled students are allowed to order only one copy of each available Print-on-Demand book, per course. Once a
Print-on-Demand book has been purchased using your unique DSI#, replacement copies will not be available. For
additional information about Print-on-Demand policies, please visit The HUB at http://hub2.devry.edu/podpolicies.
Can students order Print-on-Demand books after Preview Week?
Yes, students can order Print-on-Demand books until 4 weeks after the session ends.
