Teams
o Level 1: Ages 7-12
o Level 2: Ages 8+
Registration:
o Online registration at www.mburgwildcats.com open through 8/20/16. Registration fee is $150.
Evaluations:
o Competition evaluations will be held 08/24/16 and 08/31/16 from 6-8PM at the Power Plant.
o Team placements will be made to ensure teams are able to perform at a competitive level.
o Cheerleaders whose skills are not at the appropriate level may not be placed on a team. Registration refunds will be
given to any cheerleader not placed on a team.
Practices:
o Level 1: Tuesdays, 6-8PM at St. Pete’s and Wednesdays, 6-7PM at the Power Plant.
o Level 2: Wednesdays, 7-8PM at the Power Plant and Thursdays, 6-8PM at St. Pete’s.
o Due to the nature of competition cheerleading, attendance at all practices is mandatory. Coaches have discretion to
adjust a cheerleader’s participation in competitions based upon attendance and ability.
Competitions (subject to change):
o Jingle Bell Battle, Harrisburg - December 3
o Santa Showdown, Harrisburg - Date TBA
o Battle in the Burg, Harrisburg - Date TBA (Level 1 only)
o Blizzard Battle, Harrisburg- January 29
o Classic Cheerstarz, Glen Burnie, MD - February 18
o Reach the Beach, Ocean City, MD - February 25-26 (Level 2 only)
o Keystone Championship, Harrisburg - March 12 (Level 2 only)
Uniforms and Accessories:
o Each cheerleader will be required to purchase shoes, and a bow. Approximate cost is $60.
Fundraisers:
o Sponsor letters
o Eagle football ticket raffle
o Super Bowl concession stand
o Sub sale - optional
