ORDER:
1)
In partial modification to orders issued vide para 6 & 7 of SOO cited, the
following modified orders are issued:
i)
Under regulation 14 (a) (1) of APSEB Service Regulation Part-II
as adopted by APSPDCL, Sri V.Prabhakar, DE/Elec., is promoted
as GM/Elec., on adhoc basis from the date of assumption charge.
ii)
The seniority of Sri V.Prabhakar will be reviewed and fixed at
appropriate place after final allocation of employees from erstwhile
APCPDCL now TSSPDCL and after final out come of court cases
pending with regard to maintain recruitment seniority.
iii)
Further, the above adhoc promotion orders are liable to be
terminated at any time without notice and without assigning any
reasons thereto.
2.
The other terms and conditions mentioned in S.O.O.Rt.No.805, Dated
30.06.2016 are unaltered.
