One Café System
Step 1 – Introduction
Please double click on One Café icon.

Step 2 – Menu Bar ( File)
Please click File > Restart Server on the menu bar to restart server.
Please click File > Shutdown Server on the menu bar to shutdown server.
Please click File > Backup on the menu bar to backup all data in the system.
Note: This process must do every day before close the PC at 6.00pm.
Please click OK button to perform backup process.
Note: Path is where backup file saved. All backup file namely by date and time automatically
(ddmmyy_hhmmss). Example “101116_060647.bck”.
Please click File > Restore on the menu bar to restore back data from backup.
Please click Yes button to perform restore process.
Please click File > Import Member List on the menu bar to import member list data from the system.
Please click OK button to perform import process.
Please click File > Export Member List on the menu bar to export member list data into the system.
Please click OK button to perform export process.
Please click File > Exit on the menu bar to exit from the system.
Step 3 – Menu Bar (Report)
Please click Report > Sales detail report to view sales transaction in details.
Click on drop down list for Period and choose the option. Then key in the Start Date and End Date. To
view the result, please click Refresh button and click Print button to print.
To print the report, please choose print to Adobe PDF (soft copy). Then click OK button.
Please click Report > Sales summary report to view sales transaction in summary.
Click on drop down list for Period and choose the option. Then click on drop down list for Start Date and
End Date. To view the result, please click Refresh button and click Print button to print.
To print the report, please choose print to Adobe PDF (soft copy). Then click OK button.
Above is printing example.
Please click Report > Member list report to view member list.
Click on drop down list for Usergroup and choose the option. To view the result, please click Refresh
button and click Print button to print.
Step 4 – Menu Bar (System settings)
Please click System > System settings to go to price setting.
Please click Prices > Price Setting to edit Basic Rate price. This basic price rate is depending on
instruction from MCMC, currently is 2.00 (non-member price). Please click Apply button and OK button
to perform process. Please click Cancel button to cancel process.

: system will charge after X minutes
: flat rate per hour, but different rate can be setup in Price Schedule Setup
Please click Prices > Price Setting > Pricing Schedule Setup to setup different rate.

This process need to do one by one until all user group finish.

Please click drop down list for User Group (Member, Non-Member, VIP) and choose.
Then follow by Day (Monday-Sunday)
Rate (member and VIP is 1.00, non-member 2.00)
Start Time (9:00am)
End Time (6:00pm).
Once finish select, please click Refresh button to save setting and click Apply button to perform save
setting and click OK button. Please click Close button to close price schedule windows.

Step 5 – Icon Bar
Please click
icon to add, view and edit member.
Click New button to add new member.

Please key in all field needed. For Member ID, HQ will provide unique code for every PI1M branch. Click
Save button to save member data, if not click Cancel button. Please click Close button to close member
windows.
Please click on the name lists that need to edit and click Edit button.

Please edit field that need to change. Click Save button to save member data, if not click Cancel button.
Please click Close button to close member windows.

Please click on
icon and there have options:

: to minimize one café windows
: to restart server (same function at File > Restart server)
Please click
icon to shutdown server (same function at File > Shutdown server)
Step 6 – Login PC (Member)
Please search Member ID in member list. Then copy member ID.
Right click on the PC number and choose Login.

Click Login Type as Prepaid (obliged to avoid customer does not pay)
Please enter prepaid amount (carefully key in)
Then click Login button
Step 7 – Login PC (Guest)
Right click on the PC number and choose Login.
Please key in customer info as below:

Click Login Type as Prepaid (obliged to avoid customer does not pay)
Please enter prepaid amount (carefully key in)
Then click Login button
Step 8 – Login PC (VIP)
Right click on the PC number and choose Login.

Click Login Type as Prepaid (obliged to avoid customer does not pay)
Please click Special on Package
Then click Login button
Step 10 – Logout / Exchange / Shutdown / Restart PC
Right click PC Number > Logout. The PC will log out from usage.
Right click PC Number > Exchange PC. Then click on other PC Number that wants to change. This option
use only when PC got problem. Do not simply change with any reason.
Right click PC Number > Shutdown. The PC will shut down.
Right click PC Number > Restart. The PC will restart.
Create user group
Click System > System settings
Under General Settings, click User groups. Click “Add” button to add new user group.
Please key in “VIP”. Then click “OK” button
Click “OK” button.
VIP group is for Warga Emas and OKU only.
Package Setup
Click System > Preferences
Click “Others 2” tab
Under Special Package, tick Enable Member Special Package. Click “Apply” button to apply settings.
Then click “OK” button.
Price Setup
Under Prices click Price Setting. Then click Special Package Setup.
Special Package 1 for New Registration (free 1 hour per day and valid for 90 days only).
Special Package 2 for VIP (free 1 hour per day and valid for life time).
Fill in Special Package 1 and 2. Click “Apply” button to apply package and click “OK” button.
Registration
Click “member” icon
Choose the right Group once key in member’s details.
If choose Member, when click Buy Special Package, left field data appear the package title (90 days). If
choose VIP, when click Buy Special Package, left field data appear the package title (365 days).
Log In
Log in member as usual.
Click “Package” icon and tick Special. Then click “Login” button.
Note:
If customer request to top up, staff have to make sure the customer already finish their free one hour
and then log in back as usual using prepaid.
