Licensed Practical Nurse
Family Service of Northwest Ohio – Home Care Options has the perfect opportunity for the LPN who
wants to get out of the institutional setting and wants a flexible day time schedule. This part time, 20
hour per week, LPN performs in-home visits to supervise home health aide staff; completes staff
evaluations, develops and presents staff trainings and completes client assessments.
Qualified candidates will have experience in home care nursing with excellent documentation and
communication skills, be able to manage their time, work independently, and enjoy working with
elderly folks in their homes.
Applicants must be at least 21 with an OH LPN license in good standing, pass background check
& post offer/pre-employment drug screen, have a valid driver’s license, acceptable BMV report,
dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance. We offer a competitive salary, mileage
