Name of Company is teaming up with TGen, and it’s time to Get Your Jersey On! On
Date, we will celebrate our love for our sports teams by raising funds and awareness for
TGen’s concussion research. Make a minimum donation of $10 to the TGen Foundation,
and you can wear your favorite team apparel to work. Please give your contribution to
Coordinator on Date at Location. Your donation will go directly to support concussion
research at TGen. Contact Coordinator at Email/Phone if you have any questions or
ideas on how we can make this a successful and fun campaign.
Sample #2 – Follow-Up Reminder
This is a reminder that Company will participate in TGen’s Get Your Jersey On
campaign to raise money for concussion research. Donate a minimum of $10 and earn
the right to wear your favorite team apparel to work on Dates. We encourage you to
send in photos that capture your spirit! Your donation will go directly to support
concussion research at TGen. If you have any questions or need more information,
please contact Coordinator at Email/Phone.
Sample #3 – Day Before Reminder
Don’t Forget! Tomorrow Date, Company will participate in TGen’s Get Your Jersey On
campaign. It’s not too late to join in and help us tackle concussions head on! Donate a
minimum of $10 and wear your favorite team apparel to work tomorrow. All donations
should be given to Coordinator at Email/Phone. Be sure to send photos as well! These
funds will be used to support concussion research at TGen.
Sample #4 – Thanks for Participating
Thank you for participating in our very successful Get Your Jersey On campaign! With
you help, we raised Amount, all of which will support concussion research at TGen.
