- 40mins for each country speaker with 20mins for Q&A at end of conference
Topics to be discussed :
- management, operations, training & education proposals, marketing & selling know-how,
update on own country market trends & exchange of experiences
Main objectives :
- To increase better management efficiency between Artam & all country distributors; update
on each country’s current market trend on the nail industry; to improve understanding of each
country product requirements; to provide better support & solutions to problems arising from
products or customers
Conference will be conducted in both English or Chinese
justnail Taiwan will provide sponsorship of US$300~600(depends on distance) to each foreign
country distributor which is deductible from their goods payable. Each country’s distributor
will use own discretion to decide whether to pay their educator & competition representative

Fees : For Taiwan particpants only- NT$3000 for 2 seminars, NT$5500 for 4 seminars,
NT$8000 for 6 seminars, NT$10000 for 8 seminars
Seminar duration : 90mins for each seminar cum workshop. All seminars cum workshops
will run concurrently in two classrooms in 2days
Topics to be covered :
- New techniques and cultural characteristics of each country. All demos will STRICTLY use
justnail products
Main objectives :
- to create stronger awareness amongst all countries educators
- to further develop the technical skills and abilities of justnail educators
- to provide the platform for justnail educators to exchange skills know-how & stronger
adequacy on the application of justnail products
Seminars and workshops can be conducted in either English or Chinese but instructions
materials are to be in both English & Chinese
justnail Taiwan will provide sponsorship of US$600~1000 (depends on distance) to each
foreign country distributor which is deductible from their goods payable. Each country’s
distributor will use own discretion to decide whether to pay their educator. Each Taiwan
educator will be paid NT$2000

- To ensure smooth flow of orders management from placing of orders to delivery
- To work out best possible solutions faced in orders or products
- To strive for better working & lasting business relationship
Meetings will be conducted in country’s languages or with translator whenever required

Competition Objectives
• To increase various nail techniques
• To provide and increase competition and
judging experiences for all distributors,
educators as well as competitors of justnail

Judges panel will consists of 6 foreign justnail educators & 10 Taiwan justnail educators
Each event will have a max. of 25 competitors & will be held on the 1 st floor of Artam Building
The sequence of competitions will be as follows :
French Sculpture Nail & French Sculpture Gel Nail
Design Sculpture Nail & Natural Sculpture Nail
Fantasy Art Nail & Mixed Nail Art Design in Box
Duration of 75mins max. per event
Five winners for each event with prizes worth of NT$20,000, NT$15,000, NT$10,000, NT$6,000
& NT$3,000 justnail coupons respectively. Coupons can be used to exchange for justnail products
based on retail prices in Taiwan.
Competitors who participates in two events will qualify for the champion title and prizes will range
from NT$20,000 for 1st place, NT$15,000 for 2nd place & NT$10,000 for 3rd place.
Competition rules & regulations will be in both English & Chinese
Artam will undertake to sponsor US$500~800(depends on distance) to each foreign country
distributor which will be deductible from goods payable. The foreign country distributors will use
their own discretion to pay their representative for the judges panel or competition. Artam will pay
NT$3,000 to each Taiwan judge and another NT$500 for every successful registered participant
they assist for each event
