1. Scope
This specification covers the quality requirements for MIRAENANOTECH Utility
Film ( UTE 31)
2. Function
UTE 31 has both functions of increasing brightness and diffusing light on the Back
Light Unit of Liquid crystal displays.

5. Definition of the terms
5-1. Structure terms
- Lens Pitch : The distance of Micro Lens diameter
- Pattern Height : Height of Micro Lens Pattern
5-2. Property terms
- brightness rising rate: the rate of rising brightness with the use of sheet
5-3. Defect terms
- defects: Foreign objects or deformation affecting product quality or
properties, which exist in the product or on the surface.
However, things that are not affecting product quality and can
be easily removed with light air blow are not included, e.g.,
very small amount of dust on the surface.
- black spot : An opaque spot which has chromatic color
or different-color spot. Spot average diameter is D.
- white spot : A white or translucent spot. Spot average diameter is D.

9. Warranty Policy
If any trouble or defect in workmanship which the company is regarded
liable for occurs, we agree to repair or replace the defective one without
charge for six months from the date of supplies.
10. Notification of changes
10-1. In case of the situation that needs to change manufacture process,
raw material, and specification, both sides should contact each other and
come to an
agreement beforehand.
10-2. Exchange the modified specification by mutual consent.
10-3. Deal with inventory of products manufactured before changes in the
plan by mutual consent.
11. Storing
11-1. Avoid direct sunlight. Storing temperature: 10℃~30℃, 60%RH
11-2. Keep on a level floor, and avoid dropping or shocks.
11-3. When load the products, handing carefully.

-Excluding ‘Bad treatment’ from the item.
-Standard of inspection : Even though defects are shown on the sheet by
naked eyes, some of defects won’t be shown and effected on the BLU
Assembly & LCD Panel . Therefore, need to inspect the screen after covering
the panel.
