About us
The Indo-German Training Centre is the management training division of the Indo-German Chamber of
Commerce. Established in Mumbai (in 1991), Chennai (in 2005) and Bengaluru (in 2008), all the three
IGTCs share a common vision under the aegis of the Chamber. They conduct a flagship 18-month, fulltime Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration based on the famed German Dual Education
System. IGTC Bangalore also conducts an Executive Business Management Programme and
Management Development Programmes.
Job description
The position of Academic Programme Manager
mainly includes, but is not restricted to the
following areas:
 Management and Operations of IGTC
 Programme Management (PGPBA, EBMP,
MDPs)
 Student Management and Counselling
 Management and Development of IGTC
Partner Companies for Practical Training and
Placement
 Event Management
 Marketing and Branding Activities
 Website and Social Media Account
Management
Our requirements
 Graduate degree in management education
 Key insight into management education
 Organisational and planning skills
 Pro-active management skills and creativity
 Ability to effectively guide students (being a
mentor)
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Intercultural knowledge of India and Germany
 Knowledge and understanding of the German
Dual Education System
 German language skills will be an added
advantage
