Giant round robin singles will be limited to 30 players with a maximum of
10 players in each event. Events 1 and 2 will be open to players rated under
1700. Lower rated players will be placed in group B and higher rated players
will play in Group A. Prize money will be awarded to USATT-rated players
with the best record. Unrated players are only eligible to receive prize
money in the Open event.
Trolley Car Table Tennis Club Annual and Monthly members are not
required to pay the $5.00 tournament registration Fee.
Trolley Car Table Tennis Club reserves the right to cancel any event due to
lack of participants.
Ratings used for the tournament will be downloaded from USATT on
August 14.

This tournament is hosted by the Trolley Car Table
Tennis Club. TCTTC is located at One Falls Center, 3300
Henry Avenue, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19129.

Registration Deadline: August 19th. All late registrations
will incur a $5 late fee. All entries are responsible for full
payment if not withdrawn by deadline.
Entries may be rejected if space does not permit.
EQUIPMENT: Only USATT approved equipment will be
used. Ten individually barriered courts, blue Killerspin
My-T9 and My-T10 tournament tables, Xushaofa
Seamless 3 Star Poly balls, PVC sports flooring and
fluorescent lights. No white tee shirts allowed.
FORMAT: All round robin matches will be best 3 out of 5
games to 11 points. The Tournament Committee
reserves the right to modify the format at any time.

TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT
USATT ELIGIBILITY: All players must either be USATT members, members
of an ITTF affiliated association or purchase a One-Time Tournament Pass
(eligible adults only). Bring your membership card or receipt. Adult players
who have never been USATT members may either purchase a One-Time
Tournament Pass for $10 or join USATT at the tournament. All other nonmembers MUST join USATT at the tournament. USATT membership: $49/yr,
$135/3yr, $200/5yr for adults; $25/yr, $60/3yr for juniors; $90/yr, $250/3yr for
household (2 adults + any minors); $25/yr for collegiate. UNRATED players
may play in any rating event but will not be allowed to advance out of a round
robin group. Unrated round robin group winners instead may receive a refund
of 1/2 of the entry fee for that event. Unrated novices (0-2 years experience)
are advised to enter events 1, 2, and/or 3. Ratings used will be those published
on www.usatt.org on the day before the tournament.

RULES: All ITTF and USATT laws and regulations apply. The main color of a
shirt and shorts or skirt must be clearly different from that of the ball (white).
Only USATT or ITTF authorized racquet coverings may be used. Racquets
must be bright red on one side and black on the other. Part or all of a track
suit shall not be worn during play except with the permission of the referee.
Loaner racquets are available upon request.
PRIZE MONEY POLICY: Any players who choose not to play a prize money
match will only be paid the prize money awarded in the prior round, if any.

DEFAULT POLICY: Players not checked in before the starting time of an
event may be defaulted from that event.
REFUND POLICY: Players may receive a full refund for any events withdrawn
by the entry deadline. Refunds will not be given for any withdrawal after that
date except for the case when a player's rating is too high for a desired event
and the player chooses not to be promoted to the next highest event. All
entries (including on-line entries) are responsible for full entry fees if not
withdrawn by the entry deadline.
STARTING TIMES: Posted starting times are approximate and may vary
depending on the number of entrants and match length.
DIRECTIONS:
From I-76: Take Rte. 1 north one exit to the Wissahickon/Hunting Park exit.
The exit ramp ends at Wissahickon Ave. Turn right on Wissahickon, right at
the first light at Roberts Ave., and right on Henry Ave. Falls Center is on the
left at the Second light, 3300 Henry Avenue.
From the Northeast: Take Route 1 south to the Fox Street exit. Turn left on
Fox Street, right at the second light at Roberts Avenue, and right on Henry
Ave. Falls Center is on the left at the second light, 3300 Henry Avenue.
From Kelly Drive: Take the Hunting Park exit from Kelly Drive, passing
through historic Laurel Hill cemetery. At the second light turn left onto Henry
Avenue. Falls Center is on the left at the third light, 3300 Henry Avenue.
Public Transportation: Septa Bus Route #32 stops directly in front of Falls
