START GETTING REWARDED
Our Cost Estimator tool shows your estimated out-of-pocket
costs for hundreds of procedures based on your health plan
and deductible. It also shows you how the price varies by
location. With PriorityRewards, when you choose a
lower-cost, high-quality facility to receive care, we’ll send
you a Visa® reward card. Rewards range from $50 to $200.
HOW IT WORKS
•• Log in to your member account on priorityhealth.com or in
our free mobile app to access the Cost Estimator.
•• Search for the procedure you need and select the facility
where you’d like it performed. After selecting a doctor,
you’ll see fair-market prices in green and above-market
prices in red.
•• A green trophy means the procedure and facility
combination makes you eligible for a reward.
•• See your estimated out-of-pocket costs based on your
health plan and deductible, along with the reward amount.
