Team Manager Account
 MN United FC Academy Cup Team Manager Account
Manage your team's roster online making it easy to drop and add players and edit player
information.
 You will need your team ID number you received after registering
 Review tournament rules for guest players and maximum roster size per age group.
 Please note that roster must be completed before players can use online waiver
 The player’s date of birth (DOB) is entered by the parent on the NSC Liability Waiver
 A player’s DOB is electronically monitored for age eligibility. If a player’s DOB continues
not to be numerically displayed, the player may be too old for the age bracket. Ask
parent to review the DOB for accuracy. All players must be age eligible for the assigned
age bracket; DOB on roster must match DOB on proof of age.
 Monitor parent progress by selecting ‘View Roster’ from the Roster Menu. An ‘X’
displayed in the WV (waiver) column indicates a completed waiver.
Liability Waiver
 Direct parents/players to complete the online liability waiver

Official Rosters
US Club Soccer Teams
 All non-Minnesota teams must provide a copy of their official US Club Soccer roster by
the deadline listed above. View the US Club Soccer Tournament Hosting Application
below.
Canadian Teams
 Request Team Notification-to-Travel and Official Province/Club Roster
o Contact your province/club for official state roster and Notification-to-Travel to a
USYS sanctioned tournament. Copy of approved travel permit and province/club
roster must be on file before Final Team Check-in.
US Youth Soccer Teams
 Request Team Notification-to-Travel and Official State Roster (Not required for
Minnesota Youth Soccer Association Teams)
o Contact your USYS state association for official state roster and Notification-toTravel to a USYS sanctioned tournament. Copy of approved travel permit and
state roster must be on file before Final Team Check-in.
Player Pass Documentation
US Club Soccer Teams
 Current laminated US Club player passes are required for participation
o Player passes must be presented at Final Team Check-in and to the referee at the
start of each game. No copies.
Canadian Teams
 Current youth player passes are required for participation
o Canadian booklets/provincial player cards and FIFA affiliate player passes are
accepted.
o Player passes must be presented at Final Team Check-in and to the referee at the
start of each game. No copies.
Minnesota Teams
 Current laminated MYSA youth player passes are required for participation
o Player passes must be presented at Final Team Check-in and to the referee at the
start of each game. No copies.
US Youth Soccer Teams
 Current laminated USYS youth player passes are required for participation
o Player passes must be presented at Final Team Check-in and to the referee at the
start of each game. No copies.
Concussion Training
All coaches involved in a National Sports Center YOUTH event are required to take concussion
training as dictated by Minnesota Statute 121A.37. The U.S. Center for Disease Control and
Prevention has a free, online course entitled “HEADS UP” is accessible by the link here.
