We would like to thank you the shooter for making this such a fun event to host every year. Without your dedicated support we could never make this happen. This match is dedicated to the memory of our fallen teammate Captain Andrew Houghton. Your par cipaon in this match means a lot to us, and the funds raised during the match will con nue enhance leader development among our Cadets. While you compete on the West Point Military Reserva on, I hope you take a moment to reflect on the significance of West Point in our militaries history and the job done by many of the graduates from West Point. Our match sponsor again this year is the New York State Rifle and Pistol Associa on. They have been suppor ng the West Point Combat Weapons Team for the last few years and con nue to help grow the shoo ng sports in the state of New York. Since 1871 they have been dedicated to the preserva on of Second Amendment rights, firearm safety, educa on and training and the shoo ng sports. Pistol is holstered with one magazine (10 rounds) and empty chamber . Stage Procedure: At the start buzzer, engage all paper targets with two rounds to the body and one to the head. Engage all targets from the free fire zone only. Scoring: Comstock Targets: USPSA: 11 Steel : 1 Scored hits: Paper: Best 2 to the body & 1 to the head Steel must fall to score. Start PosiƟon: Standing behind the table with hands relaxed at sides. Gun Ready CondiƟon: Pistol is loaded 10 +1 and holstered.
Stage Procedure: At the start signal, pick up the subgun and engage T1 – T4 only. Once weapon runs dry, place back on the table and move into the free fire zone and engage T5—T16 with your secondary weapon. You may not draw before entering the free fire zone. Scoring: Comstock
Targets: USPSA: 16 Scored hits: Paper: Best 2 Minimum rounds: 8 for sub-gun and 24 for secondary weapon PenalƟes: As per match rules

Start PosiƟon: Start on either the le or right side with both hands on cart handle. Shooter begins facing shoo ng box A or C. Pistol is loaded and holstered. Gun Ready CondiƟon:

Stage Procedure: At start signal, shooter pushes cart to each loca on and delivers one piece of resupply. A er all three loca ons are resupplied, shooter engages targets from the resupplied posi ons.
*No cross shoo ng allowed.
Scoring: Comstock Targets: USPSA: 10, Steel: 6 Scored hits: Best 3 on paper. Steel must fall to score

Start PosiƟon:
Standing in Box A, facing up range with wrists above shoulder. Gun Ready CondiƟon:
Weapon loaded with Mag #1 (5+1), holstered. Load Out: Mag #1 - 6 rounds; Mag #2 - 10 rounds; Mag #3 - 6 rounds; Mag #4 - 10 rounds Stage Procedure: At start buzzer from Box A turn and engage T1-T3 in any order with 2 rounds each. Reload with Mag #2 and reengage T1-T3 with 2 rounds each. Move out of Box A and engage T4 with 2 rounds WHILE moving from Box B engage the T5 index card with 2 rounds. Reload with Mag #3 and engage the T5 plate with 6 rounds. Reload with Mag #4 and from Box C engage T6 index card with 5 rounds strong hand only and then 5 rounds support hand only. Scoring: Virginia Targets: USPSA: 4 full, 1 Plate, 2 Index Cards Scored hits: Best on paper as per descrip on and only 6 hits on a plate and 10 hits on an index card will be scored. All other hits outside of plates and index cards are considered a miss. Minimum rounds: 32 PenalƟes: As per match rules
Hostage Rescue—Range 5B Start PosiƟon:
Standing in Box A
Gun Ready CondiƟon:
Shotgun is at the low-ready loaded with 3 slugs. Pistol loaded with 10+1 and holstered.
Stage Procedure:
Upon start signal, engage guards (G1-G3) with 1 slug per target. Pull handle to ac vate the star. Then with bird shot, engage the clay star (C1-C5), and the six clays on the ground (C6-C11). Ground shotgun and retrieve dummy to designated area. Enter the house and engage all targets from free fire zone. Engage all targets with two to the body and one to the head. *Addi onal slugs may only be loaded from table and shotgun must be cleared of slugs prior to engaging clay targets. Scoring: Comstock Targets: USPSA: 8, Clay: 12 ,Steel: 6

Standing with subject to be handcuffed in front of shooter, weak hand holding subject’s hand and handcuffs in strong hand in the small of your back. Gun Ready CondiƟon:
Weapon loaded and holstered 10+1 Stage Procedure: At the buzzer, secure the subject with the handcuffs and then draw and engage targets from the free fire zone. Engage each target with three rounds. Scoring: Comstock. Targets: USPSA: 13 Steel: 7 Scored hits: Best 3 on paper. Steel must fall to score
Total rounds: 46 PenalƟes: As per match rules *If subject’s hands are found to be unsecure “He is considered and escaped prisoner” which will incur a four procedural penalty. Once a shooter fires their last round, they may not return to check the handcuffs of the subject. IED—Range 8 Start PosiƟon: Standing in Box A, holding ba ering ram.
Gun Ready CondiƟon:
In barrel, loaded with 4 slugs. Safety on. Stage Procedure: Breach door, pull handle, retrieve shotgun and engage 2 targets with 2 slugs each. Then engage clay birds and steel as they become visible. Scoring: Comstock. Targets: USPSA: 2. Clay Targets: 14. Steel: 3 Scored hits:
Best 2 on paper. Steel must fall to score. Broken clays
