Confirmation of Syllabus, Rules, and Procedures
The following list summarizes approximate replacement costs for some of the television production
equipment commonly used in our program. This list may not be inclusive of all equipment your
student may use.
By signing below, you are accepting financial responsibility for the repair and/or replacement costs
of the equipment should it be determined that such damage was due to your student’s misuse, abuse,
or mishandling of the damaged equipment.
You are not responsible for repairs that are necessary due to normal “wear and tear”.

my projects within the Media Technology program. I will handle the equipment with the proper
attention and follow established rules for obtaining and using the equipment. I understand that any
piece of equipment that is damaged as a result of my neglect, misuse, or abuse, may result in
disciplinary action, dismissal from the class, and financial liability for the repair or replacement of
