‘OPT-OUT’ AGREEMENT
OPTION
Opt-out at any time with at least 30 days written notice
The Player’s Club Pass shall be issued in the name of the Passholder. Sharing this Pass is a violation of this agreement and
shall result in a forfeiture of the pass without a refund of any fees paid.
Pass holder agrees to maintain a current credit card account on file with the Club at all times. Passholder agrees to notify
Club of any credit card changes. Passholder further agrees that the Club is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result
of the Club billing Passholder’s credit card (e.g. for overdrawn accounts, exceeding credit card limits, etc.) In the event the
Passholder’s credit card is declined for monthly payment, there will be a $15.00 Return fee and Passholder agrees to pay
Club for any and all outstanding fees due to Club.
The term of this Contractual Agreement is monthly and shall commence on the date this Agreement is executed and when
payment is received by the Club. First payment may include pro-rated payment for first partial month and up to the next full
month to establish account. Pass holder understands that a cancellation of their account at any time causes them to re-apply
for the Player’s Club subject to the current standing rate at the time of their new application.
Additional Terms of Card: Card must be presented at check-in, along with picture ID. Card has no cash value. Program
benefits apply only to the card member. Program is only valid at Needwood GC and cannot be combined with any other
MCG program or League. MCG Golf reserves the right to change or discontinue the program.

Pass holder understands the Monthly Fee will not be waived under any circumstance due
to course closures or due to inclement weather, and regardless if the Passholder has or
has not utilized the benefits in a given month.
