Immediate Objectives
1. Improved knowledge on EU sectoral social dialogue
2. Improved exchanges of good practices and
experiences among trade unions
3. Increased cooperation with employers (ECEG)
Outputs
 180 representatives of EMCEF affiliates from NMS
and CC trained in one year
 Increased quality and quantity of participation of
trained EMCEF affiliates in European sectoral
social dialogue committee in chemical industry
 Improved implementation of results of European
social dialogue on national level
