The subject of the study is the organizational and economic development of the company at different stages. The aim of the diploma work is to investigate the organizational and economic development of the industrial corporations in the oil and gas industry of "Karpatyhaz" and develop recommendations to improve the basic attributes for internal and for its subsequent operation. 2 Misen Energy Misen Energy - an international corporation which is engaged in the extraction of oil and gas products.
