The object, the subject and the aim
 The object of study of organizational and
economic development of Industrial Corporations
given in the work is the company "Karpatyhaz"
that belongs to a group of Swedish companies
«Misen Energy».
 The subject of the study is the organizational and
economic development of the company at different
stages.
 The aim of the diploma work is to investigate the
organizational and economic development of the
industrial corporations in the oil and gas industry
of "Karpatyhaz" and develop recommendations to
improve the basic attributes for internal and for its
subsequent operation.
