 Be on time
 Arrive early to allow time to sign in.
 Be discreet
 Follow HCPS Volunteer Guidelines
 Treat all information as confidential. If
concerns arise, first discuss with school
staff.
 If you must be absent, please contact
the committee chair, room parent, or
teacher.
Signing-In & Out
 Stop by the office when you arrive to log in.




Select “Start” and scan driver’s license face down
Confirm name and select “Next”
Select “Volunteer” as Reason for visit
Select “Register” to print visitor/volunteer sticker
 Report to volunteer location. Please do not visit
other locations in the building.
 Wear sticker provided at all times.
 Stop by the office when you leave to log out.
 Select “Check out” and scan driver’s license - DONE
